How it all started!

After a long journey with gut problems since childhood, trying many conventional cures without real benefits, I started searching for alternative cures and natural remedies. Being a lover of tea and herbal infusions, my research led me to the discovery of Kombucha! And after I had my first sip, an explosion of weird, savory flavours happened first in my mouth and second in my stomach! I could say that it was love at first sip! Kombucha was unavailable in the Lebanese market back then, so I had to figure out how to do it myself! And after many trials and errors, it just happened that I brewed my first batch in 2016! Being an amateur home brewer was so much fun. Sharing my kombucha with friends and family and witnessing the expressions on their faces was priceless! In 2019, I decided to go public and start a company, and what better name to call it than "Shaya," meaning "a Gift of God"! In 2022, I enrolled in an online course with the only kombucha academy in the world, called "Mananova Solutions," where I learned real-time kombucha brewing and different methods, giving me access to the worldwide kombucha market. That gave me the ability to upscale my production using new equipment, yet maintaining a traditional method and producing artisanal, truly tasty Kombucha! And here I am, still doing it, following my gut!
